Hey folks,

The flat next to mine is up for sale for the bargain price of £99,950:-

Two bedroomed flat above shops with newly fitted kitchen and bathroom and 17' lounge.
Above chinese, indian and pizza takeaways and an off-licence!

Anyone? Please arched.gif

The flats both sides of me have been empty for a year and I haven't got anyone to borrow a cup of sugar from. On a plus side though, I can play my music as loud as I like!

I'm going to have to get a cat..... Oh no, I'm gonna be one of those lonely old spinsters that always has cats and the local kids dare each other to knock on the door... cry.gif

Oi Dino!

The location is great - did I mention that there is a pub around the corner...

I would say where it is, but seeing as there is only one parade of shops around here, the 'www' would know exactly where I live and that scares me! rolleyes.gif

So you know the Woking area well!!!!

It's only cheap cos they are building loads of new flats around my area. It last went up for £117,000 but no-one would buy it cos of the competition.

Actually, sod it. I didn't want neighbours anyway.
I like playing my music loud and making a lot of noise when I stagger back from the pub.... biggrin.gif
