Good on yer boy!

Unfortunately that involves doing you in physically first. It lasted just over 2 hours and consisted of continual pressups, situps, burpees, squat thrusts, chain punches, clap pressups, tuck jumps ending with a milling session. The instructor's plan was to push us as hard as possible in the 1st 15 minutes, and see how we coped for the remainder. I've certainly never been pushed so hard in my life. Probably take more than a couple of years Weasel!
