Air system help, please, yes, again

Group: Full Members Posts: 35 Joined: 7-July 04 Member No.: 203	So, I've bought a new preset reg to screw into my 1.1 4500psi bottle. I've screwed it in all the way. When I go to fill it, the seal pops out , the bottle whips around and tries to decaptitate all the unamused onlookers and the guy from H-Pac looks at me with pity.... I tried thread locking in but the same thing happens. what am I doing wrong? I want to be able to remove the reg to fly to the States with it.

The seal I'm talking about is the little black rubber ring you can see just behind the gauge. It's herniated out between the bottom edge of the reg and the bottle neck and pisses out from there
