I had a cold not so long ago and bough me some day and night nurse, didn't really work, but hey it went away on its own.

The other day my runny nose game back so i decided to get my pills out again. I took the pills and in my boredom decided to read the leaflet that comes with it. On this leaflet there is a section named 'Will Day and Night Nurse capsules suit you?' Here i found a list of side effects 'most people taking Day and Night Nurse capsules find they cause them no problems.' thats good! But if your not one of most this is why they wont suit you you:
nausea
vomiting
diarrhea or constipation
stomach pain
headache
ringing in the ears
irritability
nightmares
loss of appetite
movement difficulties
dry mouth
blurred vision
disorientation
restlessness
blood changes have very rarely been reported
occasionally some people may get skin rashes, other allergic effects
or become extra sensitive to sunlight

anything fucking else?
suggest if your not one of many, don't take these pills.
